BKP1112 Carbonized fiber packing
It is braided from oxidized PAN fiber impregnated with PTFE,
silicon-oil-free, compared with traditional carbon fiber packing,it
not brittle,and suitable for high peripheral speed
applications.with the high strength and good thermal conductivity
of the PAN fiber, and excellent self-lubrication of the PTFE, the
packing has long life and does not damage shafts.
BKP1112a Carbonized fiber packing with graphite
Carbonized PAN fiber impregnated with PTFE dispersion containing
graphite particles, PTFE and graphite makes the packing
have excellent self lubrication.
BKP1112b Carbonized Fiber Packing Reinforced with Nickel wire
It is reinforced with nickel wire which increases mechanical
strength. Usually applied in static sealing applications.
BKP1112c Carbon fiber packing
It is braided from softened strong carbon fiber continuous filament
yarns impregnated with graphite particles and special lubricants,
which fill voids, act as a break-in lubricant, and block leakage.
it is designed for pumps or valves in high pressure and high
temperature applications.It widely used in mediums like water,
steam, acids and alkalis in power stations,refineries,
boiler plants etc,Seats quickly,break-in without extensive
adjustments.Working Temperature :-50°C~+600°C.
